Scope of Supply Options A / B / C

We offer three supply options to match the project stage and procurement route. The same option structure applies to both the Wonder Arch Panel (Arch Liner) and the Steel Rolled Arch Liner.

OPTION A
Supply

Materials and liner drawings

  • Liner panels and accessories
  • Liner fabrication and assembly drawings (with material take-off)
  • Mill test certificates
  • Export packing and factory inspection
OPTION B
Supply + Engineering

Construction engineering

  • Everything in Option A
  • Assembly instructions (English and local language)
  • Construction-stage liner calculations, reviewed and sealed by a Korean Professional Engineer
  • Temporary support system calculations and concept drawings
  • Erection Plan
  • Site technical support at the first shelter start-up, plus remote support throughout the project
OPTION C
Integrated Engineering Support

Design assist and verification

  • Everything in Option B
  • Design Assist to the Engineer of Record (EOR)
  • Design review and verification
  • LS-DYNA spall liner simulation
  • Certification support
  • Blast door technical package (partner: SH Door Tech)

C-Full (separate option): on request, complete detailed shelter design with our network of Korean design firms.

Responsibilities

Preparation and sealing of the design documents, and responsibility for permits and approvals, rest with the Engineer of Record (EOR) appointed by the Employer or the Contractor. Rexsteel co.,ltd provides the liner drawings and technical support.
