The Steel Rolled Arch Liner is a deep corrugated steel liner — 400 mm pitch × 200 mm depth — installed on the inner face of reinforced concrete (RC) arch aircraft shelters. During concrete placement it acts as a stay-in-place form; once the shelter is complete it serves as a spall liner, preventing concrete fragments from falling into the bay. It has been developed for multi-bay shelters and for alert shelters with canopy sections outside the blast doors.
